HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEUI PIECES
Our jewellery is made from gold plated hypoallergenic stainless steel/ 925 sterling silver, nickel and lead free with most of them having 18k gold plated finishes. Colours might change from time to time due to natural wearing. Our freshwater pearls come from the seawater, it is normal to have marks on them as they’re natural.
To keep your jewellery from changing its colours, we recommend storing your jewellery in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, avoid any contact with harsh chemicals, hand cream, soap, body lotion or any other products that may cause discolouration of your jewellery piece.
