We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday- Friday.

Orders that are purchased with an express service, your order will be automatically fast-tracked and packed as a priority.

*Please note: During peak seasons (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER 

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. 

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order online.

Once your parcel has left the Brisbane office, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping company and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our Neui team. Neui Studio is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.

STOLEN PARCEL 

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Neui Studio is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Neui Studio is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

It is the customers' responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.

In most cases customs does not collect duty, fees, or GST unless the value of your item/shipment is over NZ$1000. However, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office to confirm any additional taxes charges. 

Neui Studio will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of the items and mark them as dutiable merchandise.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

FULL PRICED/SALE ITEM

We are happy to issue a store credit or gift card for Full Priced items if you have changed your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Sale Items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Due to sanitary and hygiene practices, we are unable to offer returns for earrings. 

HOW TO RETURN FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR A STORE CREDIT OR GIFT CARD:

If you have changed your mind or purchased incorrect sizing - please send us an email at info@neuistudio.com and we will advise next steps. Returned products without sending an email to us first, will be rejected.

The return products must be returned in original condition & packaging: unworn and unused within 14 days upon receiving for domestic customers and 30 days for international customers.

We will issue a store credit for you once the returned products have been approved. Store credits are valid for 12 months. 

Please note: The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, please allow 3-5 business days for the store credits to be emailed to you after the returned products have been inspected and approved. 

Faulty/ Incorrect Item

If you believe your item has manufacturing faults/ or incorrect item has been sent, please contact us within three business days upon receiving your parcel, we will review and arrange the best course of action for you.

Please note, as each piece is hand-polished, it will remain some trace of the craftsmanship, one piece will not be the same as another (e.g. Our Hammered rings) as well as some surfaces will not be as polished due to deeper cut designs. Closings for earrings might not have the gold-plated finishes due to gold plating process constraints. Above reasons will not be considered as manufacturing faults. 

As we have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on our site, the colours of our jewellery pieces may vary due to different lighting/ monitor display.

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or alter the order.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEUI PIECES

We recommend cleaning them with a polishing cloth and storing your jewellery in a pouch or jewellery box in a dry place away from high moisture rooms and direct sunlight. Avoid any contact with harsh chemicals, hand cream, soap, body lotion or any other products that may cause discolouration of your jewellery piece.

Neui Studio jewellery may naturally start to oxidise overtime, and this is out of our control. This period of time can be sped up if jewellery is not cared for, properly stored or comes in contact with harsh chemicals. 

Our jewellery pieces are both tarnish and discolouration resistant, although it's waterproof, we do recommend a quick rinse and pat dry after the shower and rainy days.

To increase life longevity and maintenance for all our jewellery, we recommend avoiding chlorine & salt pools or any other chemicals and high concentrations.
